Lamb Chops & Red Wine

If you didn’t stuff yourself with enough lamb yesterday on Easter and you’re willing to clean up the mess you’re bound to make, this lamb chop and red wine dish is absolutely delicious. I actually made these a while ago for a surprise dinner and I must say, cleaning up the extra mess was well worth it. They were cooked in my family’s homemade wine (I can’t remember which bottle I chose for these particular chops), but any red wine will do just fine. For a finishing touch, I garnished them with fresh rosemary for extra flavor and appeal. The chops are the perfect size, and just one or two can really fill you up and leave you feeling more than satisfied.
